Working Out At Home or Away With the 10 Minute Trainer
The 10 Minute Trainer program is specifically designed for home or away use. The workouts can be performed at home using your DVD player, or when you are away from home by using the included portable workout cards. Since each workout only lasts ten minutes, you should easily be able to make time in your busy day to create a better level of health for yourself.
Each workout is easy to follow along with. That said, should you need extra time, simply pause or play the DVD in slow motion. This should not be necessary, but if it is, it is best to take the time to do each move correctly. The resistance bands are included, but if you find that you cannot easily use them at first, simply do the moves without them. Not everyone is at the same fitness level, so do not fret if you have to start off slowly and build up.
The 10 Minute Trainer is not so advanced that beginner exercisers will not be able to use it. Quite the opposite actually. You can start without the bands if need be, then use them, then select even higher resistance bands for the maximum workout. You can use the base system, yet customize the program to fit your personal level. Over time, resistance and strength will grow to much higher levels.
