Advantages and Disadvantages of Slim Fast.

Personally I think Slim Fast a good way to lose some pounds, though I personally would recommend a more responsible lifestyle. My experience with Slim Fast is that it is good to keep, but not too long. A few days succeeds easily, but not longer. This is obviously very personal.

I also personally would not replace two meals a day but one. The disadvantage of SlimFast I think that if you are one of the meal replacements have eaten / drunk, you do not really feel that you actually have eaten enough. Especially just after you’ve taken a meal replacement, you’re still not full. The full feeling starts after one minutes or 20.

What I did was 20 minutes before I spoke the domestic income “real” food to eat, take a Slim Fast product, and then later eat something light. Thus, you better vol. An important advantage: the smoothies I found really nice, so it is better to keep. An important drawback: the meal replacements are quite expensive.

Lose weight without Slim Fast.

Obviously there are many different diets and lifestyles to as the Atkins diet, Sonja Bakker, the choice is enormous.

Most diets are great for a few pounds to lose, but they are usually not very healthy. Therefore it is better to live healthily, which means: low saturated fat, 1.5 liters of water per day and 200 grams each 2 pieces of fruit and vegetables. Maybe this seems a tall order, but if you try, you see that it is very easy to integrate into your current diet:

* Take a salad for lunch
* Battle your bread with fruit or vegetables
* Put some chopped fruit by your dessert
* Take fruit for dessert
* Keep a bottle of water all day with you and make sure you empty drink bottle three times a day
* Choose lean varieties such as cheese
* Provide investment lean (chicken, roast beef, smoked beef, Lines)
* Even super fatty foods are now “thin” versions, even pizza and fries!

Finally a very important rule: Do not feel too guilty if you only have sinned, you should even occasionally sin, otherwise a healthy lifestyle is hardly sustainable. Chances also are that you will develop huge binge eating, and that is certainly not the intention.
