Tips to enjoy good food without getting fatEating is a pleasure, but often do not enjoy the time with worry of getting fat. We must not become obsessed with thinking that good fat, and that a balanced diet can eat almost anything, but in moderation.

This is not to eliminate all calorie foods and the whims of your table, being so drastic as torture you only get. Remember that the pleasure of eating is associated primarily with the quality of food (which are at their peak of ripeness or are fresh) or how to prepare, but not the amount.

Follow the tips provided below and not give up the enjoyment of food, and what is best, not fat!

Enjoy the flavors.

In many cases, anxiety over a table full of tasty treats can lead to eating quickly and everything. A tip for eating slowly is to take small bites and chew each one at least 15 times.

Note that you must spend at least 30 minutes for meals. Remember that if you eat this dish quickly that you like, do not give it time to activate the satiety signals, so do not eat more to feel full.

Bread and potatoes.
