<p>The following <strong>soup recipes</strong> are ideal for combating cellulite and to cleanse the body. Artichokes have a positive effect on the <strong>liver</strong>, parsley cleanses the blood and leek soup with pistachio nuts of the water helps the body.</p>
<p>Artichoke soup.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>* 250 gram canned artichoke bottoms<br />
* 250 grams yoghurt<br />
* 400 ml broth<br />
* 1 tsp cumin<br />
* 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice<br />
* Salt and pepper<br />
* ½ green pepper<br />
* ¼ bunch dill<span id="more-87"></span></p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>* Add the artichoke bottoms, yogurt, stock and lemon juice in a blender until a fine mass.<br />
* Season with cumin, salt and pepper.<br />
* Set at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.<br />
* Cut the peppers and dill in very small pieces. Sprinkle it just before serving the soup.</p>
<p>Parsley soup.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>* 1 onion<br />
* 6 bunches parsley<br />
* 2 stalks celery<br />
* 2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
* Salt and pepper</p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>* Cut the onion, celery and parsley in small pieces.<br />
* Allow approximately two minutes bake in a little olive oil.<br />
* Add water and let boil.<br />
* Puree the soup in the blender.<br />
* Season to taste with salt and pepper.</p>
<p>Soup with pistachio nuts.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>* 1 cup pistachio nuts<br />
* 1 leek<br />
* 2 spring onions<br />
* 1 clove garlic<br />
* 1 tsp cumin<br />
* 1 teaspoon pepper<br />
* ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper<br />
* 1 teaspoon arrowroot or cornstarch<br />
* 1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
* 6 cups broth<br />
* ½ cup of a mixture of orange and lime juice</p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>* Let the pistachio nuts five minutes in a preheated oven roasting at 180 °.<br />
* Add the pistachio nuts in the blender.<br />
* Heat the leeks, spring onions, cumin and cayenne pepper in a little olive oil until the leeks become tender.<br />
* Add the chopped garlic clove.<br />
* Ling with the arrowroot or cornstarch.<br />
* Mix well.<br />
* Add the broth and pistachio nuts in the kettle. Cover and let simmer 45 minutes long.</p>
<p>Occasionally even mixing.</p>
<p>* Add the mixture of orange and lime juice.<br />
* Serve and garnish the soup with a few pieces of finely chopped pistachio nuts.<br />
* This soup can be eaten either hot or cold.</p>
