The Slim Fast diet.
The diet is very simple:
* Use 1 or 2 Slim Fast meal replacements per day
* Create a light evening meal (600 kilo calories)
* Use 3 snacks in between
* Drink 1.5 liters of water per day
The meal replacements are nutrients your body needs, so Slim Fast is a healthy alternative to an ordinary meal, the meals contain protein, 23 vitamins and minerals, essential fatty acids and fiber.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Slim Fast.
Personally I think Slim Fast a good way to lose some pounds, though I personally would recommend a more responsible lifestyle. My experience with Slim Fast is that it is good to keep, but not too long. A few days succeeds easily, but not longer. This is obviously very personal. (more…)
