Lose Weight by Eating Slowly

The secret to losing weight is learning to eat slowly, chewing each bite slowly. In this way, increase your feeling of fullness with fewer servings of food.
For that, there are few secrets or tricks that we can incorporate to learn to eat slowly. Before lunch, fill a glass with plenty of liquid (water, mineral water, soda or low-calorie juices).
