The worse effect of this disease is multisystem organ malfunction.

Several symptoms of hypotheroidism that can be seen are from asymptomatic to many signs, such as weakness, fullness in the throat, constipation, fatigue, loss appetite, muscle and join pain, trouble in memory and concentration, hair loss and depression.
