Prevention from Hypothyroidism
It is better to prevent than to cure. This principle is right. Because people will get more trouble if they cure after suffer from a disease, compare to prevent from any disease. The effort to maintain the healthy body is like to have a healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food, and do some exercise in regular time. This will result to a healthy body and life.
One of the efforts to prevent from a disease called Hypothyroidism is to eat food that contains of iodine, such as in salt that commonly contain of iodine. If people lack to eat iodine, his body will have lack of thyroid hormone. One of the mechanisms how this thyroid hormone is lack is because this person might have tumor, or has through a surgery process in his brain. This tumor or post surgery will result a disorder of the TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) and TRH (Thyrotropin Releasing Hormone), which those TSH and TRH do not do their job appropriately to stimulate the body to produce thyroid hormone. The worse effect of this disease is multisystem organ malfunction.
Several symptoms of hypotheroidism that can be seen are from asymptomatic to many signs, such as weakness, fullness in the throat, constipation, fatigue, loss appetite, muscle and join pain, trouble in memory and concentration, hair loss and depression.
