What should not I eat to lose weight?

Losing weight is not too easy nor too difficult. But this is very simple. You do not need help from every fad diets or diet pills. You can help your body get rid of stored fat by following two simple steps:

1. Do not consume high-fructose corn syrup. You should avoid consuming high fructose corn syrup for two reasons:

1. This will make you fat. Fructose corn syrup block nerve receptors that tell your brain when you are satisfied. If you eat foods high fructose corn syrup, it is possible to eat more and you end up getting an extra few pounds!

2. Another reason not to eat it is that increases in blood sugar! Even if you have diabetes, perhaps because it ended too quickly if you continue taking foods rich in fructose corn syrup.
