The Antidieta
A diet basically consists of not mixing certain foods.
The fundamental principle of Antidieta is a good mix of foods. The scheme is based on the discovery that certain combinations of foods are digested more easily and effectively than others.
The key element at stake is the energy because digestion is one of the functions that produce higher energy demands. In turn, this energy is important for detoxification of the body and it can not clean up toxic waste without our cooperation. (more…)
