Lose Weight – Eat a burrito

Anyone who like spicy food know that jalapeno peppers were staples of Mexican cuisine. There is now evidence that the jalapenos have a substance that can help you burn fat and calories.
The jalapenos have an active component called (Capsicum). That’s fair, also known as dihydropacslate or DCT. David Heber at the Center for Human Nutrition at UCLA and his colleagues studied 29 men and women who are willing to consume low-calorie liquid diet for 28 days. Then the researchers asked subjects taking a placebo pill one or supplements that contain synthetic versions of the DCT.
In a presentation at Experimental Biology 2010 meeting in Anaheim, California, Heber, reported that at least several hours after eating some food, those who consume more calories are burned from the DCT. Even those who consume more DCT burned nearly two times more calories than those taking placebo.
DCT also improve a process called fat oxidation, which means that the body uses fat as fuel, the researchers reported. The results showed that the DCT can help people lose weight when they eat low-calorie diet, increase your metabolism.
The researchers cautioned that only test the effect of DCT in response to a single meal, and fat people can not respond the same. So this study should be followed up with additional research.
But at least the results will make you feel a little less guilty when you serve a plate of nachos and burritos oraleee rich !!!!!
