Diet: calorie diets

Calorie diets are a form of diet which the quantity of calories found on one days gets a close eye on that. The premise is that the fewer calories it gets, the more one loses weight. The beer diet, change the bread diet, the fruit and the soup diet low calorie diets are popular.
Beer Diet.
Lose weight by drinking beer? It sounds like a fairy tale! The beer diet is particularly suitable for men and, in practice it for one to two weeks per kilo weight loss concerns. * Avoid grapes, bananas and avocados (these are very high in calories)
Soup Diet.
The soup diet is a diet where you eat one weeks of mainly vegetable alternates with one weeks normal diet. The soup diet has a purifying effect on the body and can be sustained as long as one wishes.

* Eat as much soup as you want (homemade vegetable soup)
* Fill the soup meals with certain foods on certain days
