Antidieta Diet (part 1)

antidieta dietThe Antidieta emerged in the U.S., where there was only slimming, but a new concept of food.

This diet is not to restrict calories, but according to what foods do not mix.

It is based on a small number of principles that do not restrict food, but who do conform to certain times and combinations.

Following faithfully Antidieta can download up to two kilos per week.
