<p>So much so that in each group-A, B, AB and O, there are foods that are harmful, some beneficial and others neutral. <p>In sum, Dr. Landsteiner discovered the reason why some people died after a blood transfusion and some not: their blood were not compatible. Since then we know that:</p>
<p>* People with type 0 blood are &#8220;universal donor&#8221;. That is, can donate blood to any that have other types of blood but can only receive their own.<br />
* Type AB people are &#8220;universal recipient&#8221;, ie they can receive blood from everyone else but can only donate to their own kind.<br />

That surprised him taking him to the obvious conclusion that not everyone will feel good the same type of food. I sensed that as the blood was the main source of nutrition for the body&#8217;s response could be in it.
