Against cellulite and artichoke soup with parsley

The following soup recipes are ideal for combating cellulite and to cleanse the body. Artichokes have a positive effect on the liver, parsley cleanses the blood and leek soup with pistachio nuts of the water helps the body.
Artichoke soup.
Ingredients:
* 250 gram canned artichoke bottoms
* 250 grams yoghurt
* 400 ml broth
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
* Salt and pepper
* ½ green pepper
* ¼ bunch dill
Preparation:
* Add the artichoke bottoms, yogurt, stock and lemon juice in a blender until a fine mass.
* Season with cumin, salt and pepper.
* Set at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
* Cut the peppers and dill in very small pieces. Sprinkle it just before serving the soup.
Parsley soup.
Ingredients:
* 1 onion
* 6 bunches parsley
* 2 stalks celery
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper
Preparation:
* Cut the onion, celery and parsley in small pieces.
* Allow approximately two minutes bake in a little olive oil.
* Add water and let boil.
* Puree the soup in the blender.
* Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Soup with pistachio nuts.
Ingredients:
* 1 cup pistachio nuts
* 1 leek
* 2 spring onions
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon arrowroot or cornstarch
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 6 cups broth
* ½ cup of a mixture of orange and lime juice
Preparation:
* Let the pistachio nuts five minutes in a preheated oven roasting at 180 °.
* Add the pistachio nuts in the blender.
* Heat the leeks, spring onions, cumin and cayenne pepper in a little olive oil until the leeks become tender.
* Add the chopped garlic clove.
* Ling with the arrowroot or cornstarch.
* Mix well.
* Add the broth and pistachio nuts in the kettle. Cover and let simmer 45 minutes long.
Occasionally even mixing.
* Add the mixture of orange and lime juice.
* Serve and garnish the soup with a few pieces of finely chopped pistachio nuts.
* This soup can be eaten either hot or cold.
